our court orders say that we wil each have a policy of x amount with a trust as the beneficiary. The trustee is either my dad or sister (depending on who is alive, etc) because we both agreed that they would be the most responsible and the most intelligent about taking care of the kids.
works great for us. neither of us worries about the other blowing the money and the kids are taken care of
