What is the name of your state?Naples, Florida
my father inlaw had a policy for 18 years with the beneficiaries his two daughters. Two ex-wives were never put on cause it was for his children. He became ill september 13 and gave his girlfriend power of attorney on september 18th, needless to say she changed the policy herself from a 50/50 split with daughters to 10/10 split and 80% for herself october 4th. he passed in november and we just found all this out. he had a will, and when asked, she just says "he had nothing" she's wont reveal the will to his daughters. Can the POA be challenged? can POA change benefic. after 18 years of no change?? how do we gain control of this claim??What is the name of your state?
