What is the name of your state? Indiana
My husband has been diagnosed with memory loss, severe depression and schizophrania. He has been off of work for 1 year and nine months. His family doctor and his present psyciatrist have confirmed the above diagnosis. We have AUL for our disability ins. carrier and they have denied claims for the disability ins. The last check they sent us was last Oct. We are in a desperate situation financially and have no where to turn except welfare and foodstamps. Are there any lawyers that could help us with advice.
