westmoreland county pennsylvania (yet close to pittsburgh). i need immediate help. former emploer/insurance carrier have failed to provide information for continuation of benefits under cobra law. health is suffering, unable to work, and medical attention is needed asap, yet i cannot afford to acrue huge medical bills. any advice on my legal recourse would be appreciated. thank you
