One of the employees of our California company has left temporarily on disability. Are we still obligated to provide him with health insurance, i.e. medical, dental and vision insurance?
If anyone out there has any knowledge about this, I would greatly appreciate any information you can give.
Also, if it's not too much trouble, can anyone please tell me the specific statute that covers this, if you know (or point us in the right direction)? I actually tried to research it myself on the internet with no luck.
