Insured is reimbursing payments for Policy OwnerWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX I am going through a divorce and one of the assets is a life insurance policy where my wife is the policy owner and my mother-in-law is the insured. My wife has been making quarterly payments on the policy and my mother-in-law has been directly reimbursing her for the payment. Is it OK for the insured (mother-in-law) to directly reimburse policy owner (wife) for premium payments? ThanksWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |

| Nothing would prevent it, an it's completely irrelevent to you anyway.
