States/life etc

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? AZ but also MO

Is it correct that life insurance will pay for suicide in Missouri and in Arizona (if the policy has been in effect without any missed premium payments for 2 years)?

Is there any reason the insurance company in either state could deny in the case of a suicide?

if the policy states they will not pay in the case of a suicide.

and how can two states be involved. You can only die in one state.

You would have to read the policy provisions to see if there is a suicide clause (ie two year suicide contestable period).

pretty good, thanks. I think we all tend to take breaks once in awhile. FA burnout is a real, and often debilitating malady.
