Statute of Limitations

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York
Is there a time limit to submit a life insurance claim?

The sooner the better. Why would you delay on something like this and risk the chance of not getting paid at all? There is no good excuse. Perhaps you might care to explain the situation a little more accurately.
