What is the name of your state? LA

I have a warrant issued in another state. I will be returning to this state this weekend to turn myself in. Is there a such thing called a walk in warrant hearing where I can call to let them know I am turning myself in. I would just like to lessen my jail time. Please advise me on what I should do.
