What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida
I couldn't post to your thread because it is locked. I don't do this often, but I'm giving you a link to where you can read about my son and what happened to him. On that site I am xena.
Do NOT think that because your GF is 16 that you are out of the woods, Florida has the most restrictive sex offender laws in the country, and belive me, they will NOT hesitate to put you not only in jail, but under the jail as well.
You are an adult, your GF is a minor, please learn from my son's mistakes and stay away from her until she is 18.
