13 years, now what?

my husband left me & our two kids and moved in with another woman after 13 years of marriage. for 11 months he paid no bills and no child support. after paying all the bills i have no money for legal fees. it has been a total of 2 years
now and i just got child support drafted from his check. he havn't paid a morgage payment in 2 years but still says
it is his house and he has say so in it. he want to sell it and split the profit. what are my legal rights. is there a such thing as abandonment of wife, children, & property. after all he comitted adultery.
