No, being pregnant does not exempt you from following the law.

How far along are you? Is the conception date prior to your 16th birthday?

There IS a law howeer that says mom and dad can call the cops, have this child molester arrested and force him to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.

Snooch, I really feel that prosecuting a 19 year old for having consensual sex with a 16 year old would be awful. The law might state differently however. But seriously, he could be a senior in highschool and she could be a junior. Let's get real.

dncbaby- If he really loves you and wants to marry you and have a family with you he will wait until your old enough to get married legally. Having a baby is a huge emotional drain, why muddy the waters with a marriage too? If he is really committed to you and your unborn child he will still be there when you are an adult. I promise it will be sooner than you think!

What is the underlying reason you wish to be married?

Wow, so by your logic, any 19 year old guy/girl should be able to molest/rape the 12 year old genius child who is starting college next semester? Puhlease!
