I am in TN. My mother has custody of my niece and nephew, and has had for several years. Long story short, it is a very abusive home, both mentally and physically. My niece turns 18 in 3 weeks. Can I go to her High School the day after and remove her from the situation if she wishes to leave? I will in no way try to force the issue. The decision will be hers' alone and I plan to have the guidance counselor and principal as witnesses. Can the school interfere in any way once she is 18 and she wishes to leave?

WHEN she turns 18 she can do whatever the hell she wants. Including living where she wants.
