2 questions regarding marriage

What is the name of your state?
Idaho

1) I'm not american and will be marrying my american fiance in a few months in USA. I'd like to know what documents I should bring to get my marriage license. Does my birth certificate need to be traslated to english?

2) Instead of a pre nup, can my husband and I just make a post nup?

Because of his job, we will be getting married as soon as he's back home and there will be no time for a pre nup preparation....
