2nd On The Way

What is the name of your state? FLORIDA

I AM UNMARRIED AND HAD A DAUGHTER 4 MTHS AGO. HER DADDY'S NAME IS ON THE BIRTH CERT. HE SIGNED THE PATERNITY FORMS AT THR HOSP. AND SHE HAS HIS LAST NAME. I WAS HOPING THAT ONE DAY SOON WE WOULD EVENTUALLY GET MARRIED.
LAST MTH. I FOUND OUT THAT HE WAS SLEEPING WITH ANOTHER WOMAN WHEN I WAS 7 MTHS PREGNANT AND SHE IS NOW READY TO GIVE BIRTH TO A BABY.
SINCE SHE WAS SLEEPING WITH SOMEONE ELSE, SHE IS NOT SURE IF IT HIS CHILD.
PLEASE DISCLOSE ANY INFO YOU MAY HAVE FOR ME.

What sort of information are you looking for?

Thanx for the advice on cap locks )

I did not file for child support, since he had been paying the nanny so I can go to work.
But now that there maybe another child of his on the way, I would like to make the child support legal.
I cannot afford an attorney, I will need to do this on my own.
How should I go about this?

Call your local CSE (Child Support Enforcement) Agency and they will open a case for you.
