| Tennessee Sister hits other sister in front of witnesses with no provocation. Victim has sister arrested. Now, sister is threatening victim sister with "false arrest" suit. Is this possible and what are chances of winning? |

| My response: Please post your question on the Criminal Law Board, and perhaps, the Small Claims law Board. This has nothing to do with "Family Law" with the exception that the assault & battery just happened to occur between two sisters - - but that still doesn't constitute a Family Law question. Thanks.
