How do i go about changing my son's birth certificate. The hospital never turned in the paternity forms that his father filled out. My sons birth certificate lists the father as unknown. Also, some time has passed, so I cannot simply send it back. The court house said they could not help and offered no advice as to where to get it taken care of. Any help is appreciated.
