adultery

I just had my husband found quilty of Adultery and he is in the Navy, how will he be punished for this? This is the letter I was emailed from the Naval Investigator General. If any woman is having issues with dealing with the command not helping with their charges of adultery and you have evidence they are the ones to get in touch with. They were the only ones to help me out and they found him guilty , but I had the woman admit to the command she did it also. That is what made the case. One person has to admit to the affair.

DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY COMMANDER U.S. FLEET FORCES COMMAND 156,~ MITSCHER AVENUE SUITE 250 NORFOLK, VA 23551-2487 5041 Ser N02IG1/061 12 Jun 09 Ms. DL E-mail: .com Dear Ms. L, My review into your complaint has been completed. You had alleged that your spouse had failed to provide continuous and adequate support, had engaged in an adulterous relationship, and that his chain of command had failed to take appropriate action relative to your complaint. After considering all available information relative to this matter, it was determined that the allegations of failure to provide continuous and adequate support and failure of the chain of command to take action were unsubstantiated. This means that either the allegations were proven to be wrong, or that there was insufficient evidence to prove that the allegations were true. The allegation that your spouse had engaged in an adulterous relationship was substantiated. Corrective action has been taken. Accordingly, no further action is either appropriate or warranted on these matters by the U.S. Fleet Forces Command Inspector General. Thank you for your patience during my reVlew and for bringing these matters to my attention. <....-).. . ( ..... ,_" .... ··.".!l M. T. W. Inspector General
