adultery laws

i have another question about adultery laws in idaho. if i file for divorce in idaho, can i use the adultery clause if my adulterous spouse lives in a no-fault state? i have telehone records of his conversations with this other woman (she lives in yet another state) and i know he has told friends and family members of her involvement in his life but i know of no one who has seen them together outside of her family. i cannot believe there are so many others out there who are or have been in this situation. it is a terrible position to be in.
