It's legal as long as one of the following applies:

1. The cow is owned by you;

2. It is with a relative or member of the Bush family;

3. You only partake once and are repentent;

4. You don't tell anyone;

5. You tell only Oprah behind a screen;

6. there are no poultry involved;

7. you use protection (a.k.a. Bubba at the back door) ;

8. you let us watch;

9. You follow the Kama Sutra;

10. It is with a member of the State Legislature.

Kingsville, TEXAS : Two pigs may not have sex on the city's airport property

No one other than a "registered pharmacist" may sell condoms or other kinds of contraceptives "on the streets or other public places."

In Texas there are two grounds for a no-fault divorce. (1) the marriage has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities that has destroyed the legitimate ends of the marriage relationship and prevents any reasonable expectation of reconciliation; or (2) living separate and apart without cohabitation for 3 years. [Texas Codes Annotated; Family Code, Chapters 6.001 and 6.006].

The Texas approach to divorce is very liberal. Texas has adopted the concept of “insupportability” of “the legitimate ends of the marriage.” This is normally interpreted to mean one of the spouses can no longer live as man and wife with the other spouse, and, as such, is entitled to obtain a divorce.

Texas also has fault grounds for divorce- but these are rarely used: (1) adultery; (2) abandonment; (3) confinement for incurable insanity for 3 years; (4) conviction of a felony and imprisonment for over 1 year; and (5) cruel and inhuman treatment. [Texas Codes Annotated; Family Code, Chapters 6.001-6.008]. The Court can consider fault in dividing the community estate, and in deciding conservatorship and visitation provisions

"What Is The Adultry Laws In Texas?"
*** What EXACTLY are you looking for?? Texas does NOT allow "a right of action by one spouse against a third party" for adultery (called 'criminal conversation').

However, Texas does allow a court to grant a divorce in favor of one spouse if the other spouse has committed adultery.

Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport!

Well, I was just curious for my knowledge. However, my boyfriend is married but when he left his wife they agreed to get a divorce he found out that she was cheating on him with her ex and thus we got back together. He married her because she was pregnant with his child and felt that was the best for them (until he found new phone numbers, addresses, and caught her on the chat line with other men) And then she found out about me...I never left as a friend, but she took things too far with her ex(so he says/ I wasn't there). Thanks for the post!!! Have a blessed week...

*** Sounds like a country-western song.....
"I was a-cheatin' on her but it was alright,
I thought it was great.
Until I found out that she was also out all night,
with the guy that she used to date.

When I tried to call 'Cheaters', the show that tells all,
I was surprised to find out that she had already made the call"

Damn, gotta go now.... I got a tear in my eye just thinking about how screwed up these two idiots are.
