advice

What is the name of your state? Washington. My boyfriend moved into my house and had been living with me for almost a year. We had agreed that he would pay me 500 dollars a month to pay for housing expenses and pay for his part of the phone bill. He just moved out and owes me 500 dollars for rent and 300 dollars for a phone bill. He also is threatening to take my horse. Is there a way that I can make it so that there is no possible way he could get ownership of the horse and can I put a lein against his Truck?

Your question is a bit like the old math problem If one man gets on a train in Washington and another gets on a train in New York, when will the train in Chicago leave?

What has owning a house have to do with a horse?

If you cannot answer my question, just say that you cannot.

If he owes you $800 and you can prove it, take him to small claims court. If the horse is yours and you can prove it, and he steals the horse, call the police.
