In New York State, what can I do if I know a 20 year old male is having sex with my 16 year old daughter? What kind of proof do I need? Can he be arrested?

I am not about you tell you what proof you need to show they are having sex..

But, under NY law, the age of consent is 17. You can file a police report and have them scare the crap out of him when they turn up and question him..
