| In New York State, what can I do if I know a 20 year old male is having sex with my 16 year old daughter? What kind of proof do I need? Can he be arrested? |

But, under NY law, the age of consent is 17. You can file a police report and have them scare the crap out of him when they turn up and question him..

My response: LB, are you ABSOLUTELY sure that you don't want to list, in graphic detail, each and every way a person can prove that two people are having sex ? IAAL |

| Pal, it has been so long that 'text' is all I have left.. Does not matter anyway.. NY State Statutes 23.21(B)(c)(7) "Any persons of the opposite sex who are together and not engaged in a no hold barred screaming fight are obviously young lovers engaged in constant 'new love' sex". Those New Yonkers are scary people..
