I Have A 15 Year old daughter that has become some what unruly, she says she is going to leave when she turns 16 in Arkansas where we live what legal recourse do we have, can I have her picked up by the police for being under age. What age does she have the right to do what she wants, and I can't or don't have the right to tell her not to, What age can I legally tell her that she can longer come home.
