always late on equity payment

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? ohio
My x husband owe me money on the equal distribution of the equity in the house he kept in the divorce and it is due by the 15th of each month and I have to constantly remind him he is late 2-3 days after it is late and then he tells me to stop ny his house to pick it up, is there anything I can do about this?

Stop by the house to pick it up. Is your child support you are paying to him on time?

YES I always pay hem either before the day it is due NEVER late!
