Am I intitle to part of the houseWhat is the name of your state? CA. About 14 years ago I started dateing my now x. She lived at home with her mom. About 6 months into our relation, her mother gave her 60 thousand dollars to put down on a house. I moved in with her and right away started to fix up the house. Over the nexted 13 years we talked many times about putting my name on the title to the house. Because I had done so much work to the house and I also paid about 75% of all the bills. But she never took care of having my name put on the house. We are no longer together and I have moved out. Am I intitle to part of the house or not and if I am,what would I need to do to take her to court. Any advice would be helpful Thanks CraigWhat is the name of your state? |

| You were nothing more than a tenant since you and her were NOT married and you were NOT on the deed.
