What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? New York

My daughters father is getting a divorce and giving his wife $48,000 annuity and our daughter is 6 years old and is totally handicapped. I want to know what her rights are to her fathers annuities if any at all

None. He is required to pay child support according to the court order. That is all.
