Any Rights? What is the name of your state? NC, I have an older friend, mid to late 60's. He lived with a woman for over 20 years. She recently passed away, they were never married. The house they lived in was in her name. The family has since kicked him out and has the house on the market to sell. He has nowhere to go. The woman didn't work for much of the time they were together and he made all the house payments and took care of her until she died. It all seems so unfair, does he have any legal rights at all? Is this the right category to post this under? |

| Simple answer... no.
__________________ There are at least 17 lawsuits (!!) pending in various courts, including the US Supreme Court, asking if Obama is a natural born citizen (as req'd by Art II, Sec 1 of the US Constitution). Why has he spent over $1.35M in legal fees to block disclosure... rather than spend $12 for a VALID birth cert to settle the matter? The 'certificate' he has presented doesn't qualify to get a drivers license, wouldn't allow a child to qualify for Little League, or for a real citizen to get a US passport! |
