Attorneys fees

What is the name of your state? California
My wifes attorneys fees are over $15,000 mine are $6,000. she is Taking me to court to ask that I pay her attorneys fees. Is the court going to make me pay such outragious fees? I do not have that kind of money nor are there any assests.

Yes she can ask for this and it's possible it could be granted. It all depends on what this is about.
