What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

Once your child is an adult you are under no legal obligation to even remain in contact with him/her. Stop answering the phone. Change your number. Move.

Should you wish to amend your wills etc. to reflect the decision to exclude him/her specifically this is not hard to do nor is it expensive.

You cannot, essentially, divorce your child.
