Like I said in my previous post..For what? $12.95 haircut? This is what is called a frivilous lawsuit.

To those who think this a joke well let me tell you something you all better think twice before you answer when you had cancer and lose you hair and then you finally get it back and someone takes it away again let me know how you fill.

Sorry about your misfortunes. There is a separate forum for Small Claims Court. Try posting there.

I'm sorry for your misfortune with cancer and losing your hair. But I still stand the same as I did before. It's very frivilous and it will probably be a waste or your time, money and most of all the courts time. You may have more anquish taking this to court than you do now.

Again, I'm sorry for what has happend but these things do happen. Perhaps you can go to another stylist whom can try and style your hair better or show you ways to "handle" your new haircut.

Good luck!
