bigamous marriage where are the papers

anitoch tennessee
My Husband and i married two years ago, thirty years previous he married a woman, then he had a car accident which left him in a coma, when he woke she had gone home to her parents in california and he didnt know he was married, so he got on with life, thirty years later he meets me and we marry, now she has surfaced and he has gone to live with her and is divorcing me,she never once looked for him after his accident, he lived six months stateside and six months with me in the united kingdom, as although a scot resides in tennessee. my question is that he hasnt sent me divorce papers to sign and he says they are already filed, he also says the divorce will be final on the 1st july 2007,i want to object to this divorce but he wont tell me where the papers are or what court he went to,i havent any spare money so need to reply to this divorce myself as cheaply as possible.right now he has two wives, her and me,

Why are you changing your story? Good grief. You post twice on here and change the facts. Just tell us what answer you are looking for and then maybe one of us will parrot it back to you.

You either were married or you weren't. The coma is a nice addition to the story however. Did you happen to see the movie While You Were Sleeping?
