Biological fathers rights is not listed on Birth Certificate

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Missouri

Father not listed on birth certifcate but has paternity test stating he is the father. Child lived with us for the past 14 years and has just recently moved with mother down south We find out he is living with girlfriend and her mother instead of his mother (which is my sister) His mother lives a couple of hours away. what right do we have to go get him and bring him back home with us? He is 15 years old now

Assuming you're the Aunt/Uncle, without a court order you have absolutely no rights at all.
