birth certificate


YOUR STATE NAME - california
im a 16 year old girl who is pregnant the father of my child is 21 is there anyway he could sign the birth certificate without getting into trouble by the police????

I think perhaps she was writing the response she needed so she could show it to her boyfriend. NOW he won't have to be afraid to sign the b.c.

Wasn't someone mentioning on another board that people should have to be licensed before they can procreate?
