Birth Dad Worried About Step DadWhat is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? California I'm going through a divorce, my Ex wife instantly moved my kids with her affair and now is talking marriage. I have joint legal custody and 23% physical custody. What if any rights will this man have over my kids? Is he able to make education, medical and other important decisions? I am not behind on child support and have never gave up any of my visitation time. I'm just worried that this stranger, who now lives with my kids, could start making important decisions for them? |
