Blackmail Getting No Help!!


NEW JERSEY-

soon to be ex- is trying to blackmail and threaten me with photos taken during the marriage. I cannot afford a lawyer. i left gave him everythign and we are doing a no fault divorce but he threatned me to expose photos to hurt me and the children if I take him back to court for child support or give him a hard tiem abotu anything he and his friends make cd copies of them help!!!

What kind of help do you want? No one can "untake" the photos.

You and your children have every legal right to receive child support if you have primary custody -- and your X can hardly say, "Your Honor, I refuse to pay CS because I have *photos* of my X."

Tell him if he distributes these photos, that you will have him in court for the rest of his life for invasion of privacy and failure to obtain a model release.
