bogus- order of protection!!! HELP!!!

I live in missouri and my ex has slapped me and my husband with a temp. restraining order "stalking" him this all started when we sent my a ex a letter of consent for the adoption of my 2 kids (15 and almost 4) when he got the consent letter he called my 15 yr old and asked her and she told him to sign and he was going to or he told her he was well then he talked to someone and now he refuses unless i waive the $15k in back child support. he said he would go to jail for his kids which is because of the nonpayment of child sup. i am trying to help him get there the case is in the prosecuting atty's ofc. being tried for contempt of court he is claiming disability for his back and hasn't paid any for almost 4 yrs and has applied for social security because of this they can't prosecute him well i found out he was painting houses and mowing yards and reported this but they tell me i have to have proof so i get him mowing a yard(w/riding mower) on camcorder and he gets me for stalking and gets a order of protection claiming i do this wherever he is which is not true i only filmed one time i have tried picture but had no luck. because this is what the police and pros. atty told me to do but now i have to fight this and he is also asking for visitation rights to my almost 4 yr old that he walked out on when he was 2 wks old and has only seen on the street and has only known my husband as his dad since he was 1 yr old.

**do we need to get a lawyer to fight this??

**will the judge allow him to visition rights even though he doesn't have a relationship with him nor has had???

**will judge throw this out because of the proof needed ot prosecute for back child support or will it be considered stalking??

**what information do i need to take with me to fight this??
PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!
