broken engagement

in indiana can a woman sue a man for breaking their engagement and marrying someone else. they had purchased a house together which will now be put on the market. he currently resides there alone. has never lived with either woman. the new wife still lives in kentucky where he plans to move as well.

all of this took place within 18 months.
