Brother Against Brother

What is the name of your state? Colorado

My twelve year old has been charged with some sort of "sexual assault" charge for touching his 7 year old brothers privates. Notice just a touch. Can they make my children testify against each other or not? and what exactly are they charging him with? Is it an adult crime? He's only 12 11 when it happened. What if 7 year old recants, do they still have a case?

Concerned and confused mom

Yes, they can.

They sure can.
