You are entitled to half of the marital property. That includes the rental properties and the business.
He IS NOT entitled to half of your income. However, if you make signficantly more money than he does he may be entitled to some alimony. However, that won't be 1/2 of your income.
I suspect that you need to get yourself an attorney.
