What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? CA

IF A PERSON IS MARRIED FOR THE 5TH TIME, FOR LESS THAN 15 YEARS, AND THERE IS NO WILL, CAN GROWN CHILDREN SUE THE STEP PARENT FOR WHAT THEY FEEL THE ARE OWED?What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?

No. Community property goes to spouse and seperate property goes by intestate succession.
