california parent rights

My wife and i are in the process of getting a divorce, but we have not yet filed anything. In california is there any laws that prevent her from taking the child out of the state witout my consent?
I would appreciate a link or summary of the law if it does exist.

I'm not sure but I think you can petition the court for this. Also you can check out laws on this site.
