Can anyone help, Please!

My original question was posted yesterday. I really need to know if there is anything I can do legally. I am temporarily unemployed and going to school, so I can't afford to pay a lawyer to tell me that nothing can be done. I have no source of income and have been living off a credit card for the last 2 months. ( I know, real smart thing to do for someone who filed bankruptcy a little over a year ago.) So, you can see why I'd like to have some idea as to whether I am totally screwed or not.
