Question

Can the CPS do this?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Tx

My husband who is not the biological father has been charged with sexual molestion of my child. He is in jail at this time but hasn't went to court or been convicted. If he is, can the CPS make me divorce him in order to keep my child?

does it even matter if they can or not? why aren't you divorcing him out of your own need to protect your child?

If you continue to associate with this man you will rightfully lose custody of your child/children. This happened in PA but could easily happen in your state too.

Gee's I hope the 14 month old father or a social worker comes to the rescue and gets him away from his mother who doesn't seem to care about his well being.

These sorts of posts never fail to amaze me. If I were in your shoes, the guy would be thanking his lucky stars that he was sitting in jail as otherwise I'd have his balls in my hands - and they wouldn't be attached to his body. How could you even consider NOT divorcing him?
