My husband and I bought a car a few years ago.... he was the co-applicant and I was the main person on the title. The car has been paid in full and I want his name removed from the title and he have no rights to the car. Is this something that can be done? We are still married however he got a DUI and is not able to drive and is mad that I want his named removed from the car>
