i live in texas.my husband bought my daughter(his step-daughter)a car when she was 15yrs old,when she received her license he put her down as primary driver,now he is threating to sell the car ,she has offered to make the payments herself,but he is determined to show her who has the control.can she sue him on breech of promise?and can she go through legal aide since she is 16(turning17 in may)?
