What is the name of your state? South Carolina

My spouses attorney drew up a Temporary consent order on the morning of are Temp.Hearing which i agreed to( bad move but I did) Question is can I be held in Contempt of Court for not complying with the order if MY attorney never signed it and it was never sent to the court for the judge to sign.The clerk of the court looked at my files and said they have no Temporary consent order in them
