I am 16 about to turn 17. I have a good job, an apartment open for me to live in with my 18 yr old boyfriend, a ride to and from school and work, but my parent do not approve of me moving out... My life at home is miserable... Am I allowed to legally move out? (Emancipation is out of the question... and I live in Texas by the way)

You can legally move out on the earlier of the following two dates:

1.) The day your parents give you permission to move out
2.) Your 18th birthday
