Can I sue?

What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? I live in Philadelphia, PA and I want to know if I can sue the father and stepmother of alienation of a child? The stepmother has left a message on my phone telling me not to call my son? Is this legal for her to do? They will not allow me to have any contact with my son and has constantly talked very nasty of my husband and I for the past nine years. (It has just been a long drawn out battle with them for 9 years).

All I can think about is not your question, you can sue anyone, anytime, for anything, but the poor child you have all put through hell and back for 9 years. So, yeah go ahead and sue and see how else you can impact his/her life!

So you are saying she should just give up on her child. Hmm, that's a great teaching lesson there!

OP, Good luck! Fight for your child, and your rights as a parent!! Is there a CO for visitation? Phone contact? If so, have you filed for contempt? I would have a consultation with an attorney, and see what my options were.
