My husband is an American Indian (Choctaw). Does anyone know if the indians can help him with legal issues concerning child support/visitation. He has a 3yr daughter he has never seen, is going to court for paternity. He is not denying the child, but she will also be added to the Choctaw Roll once paternity is established.(one of his reason for having the paternity test done.)We live in Texas. He is from Oklahoma(where his court date is set.) But his child lives somewhere in Nevada.(The mother has never tried to contact him because she likes drawing welfare.
Thanks
