I have a close friend who is a cross-country truck driver. He thinks he needs to give someone the power to make decisions (medical and legal) incase he should die. For instance, he might need medical treatment and won't be able to sign himself into the hospital, etc. Also, he doesn't want to be kept on life support, he wants to be cremated. His only blood relative is a son whom he hasn't had any contact with for over 20+ years and whom he doesn't have an address. What is it we should be looking, asking for?
